Investing in the Futures of East Cleveland Youth
Young people face many challenges inside and outside of the classroom. The Ministerial and Educational Resource Center's home space will serve as a gathering center to empower young people when they need additional support. We will help restore balance in their lives by offering spiritual enrichment, creative art and holistic wellness resources, and positive intergenerational relationships.

A Unique Challenge
Much has been documented concerning the unique challenges facing African American boys in our schools. It is the goal of the Ministerial and Educational Resource Center to attract visionaries to the roundtable who are expressly interested in improving educational and social outcomes for African American boys. We will focus on researching and implementing critical solutions to address the unique educational needs of African American males, with music and performances playing a vital part in engaging our youth.

A Unique Outlook
Monthly Bible study sessions will be offered on site and virtually. “Home Group” Bible study sessions, now a key component of the "Thru the Bible" ministry of the late Dr. J. Vernon McGee, will attract students of all ages, and boost "spiritual stamina" through these stressful times.
Resource materials by renowned Bible expositors Dr. Tony Evans, Dr. Charles Swindoll, Alistair Begg, and many other favorites will be readily accessible in our well stocked home library for reference and discussion.

Community Involvement
The Ministerial and Educational Resource Center would serve as a clearinghouse and communications hub to encourage coordination between all nonprofits operating in East Cleveland. Streamlined operations, standards, and oversight will result in more visible, measurable results and increased interest in investing in the city.
